INTRODUCTION
Charity is a vital feature of every Freemason's heart and a
high profile element of his Masonic life.
Within the Province of East Kent many tens of thousands of pounds are raised
each and every year for charitable purposes.
Responsibility for raising the money rests with two Provincial Charity
Stewards - one for the Craft and one for the Royal Arch - together with the
Charity Stewards appointed in each Lodge and Chapter.
The East Kent Provincial Charities Association is a separately registered
charity which exists to invest and manage charity money until it is paid to
chosen charities - both masonic and non-masonic.
