GALA FESTIVAL OF MUSIC

I would like to thank the companies, lodges, chapters, brethren, companions and families who supported the
The Gala Festival of Music and contributed to making it such a enjoyable and successful event.

The number of seats occupied was disappointing at just over 500.

In contrast the collection at the end of the evening was very well supported and totalled £926.91.

Sponsorship and advertisements in the programme raised £2,300.00.

Ticket sales contributed £3143.00.

Programmes sales and donations raised £2247.49.

Interest was £97.41.

Which gave a TOTAL INCOME OF £8714.81

Expenditure for the evening was a TOTAL OF £2018.18

This enabled a T0TAL OF £6696.63 to be donated to The PGM's CHARITY FUND.

The figures show that the sponsorship and advertising revenue exceeded the expenditure, which was one of
the main objectives and made the organising of the actual evening some what less stressful.
